Water Colors, Biscayne National Park
We spent a week in Florida one recent winter, where I was totally enchanted by the incredible colors in the water. As I was adventuring on boats, kayaks and a paddle board, or just driving along by the ocean, I was soaking up the beauty of every possible variation of turquoise, blues, and greens. I kept studying those colors and thinking about how I would capture them with my paints! This is how an artist travels, always looking intently and thinking about how to paint what we see!
