Rock Crevice with Ferns
A trail I recently hiked had many lovely rock ledges, with tiny ferns and other small plants somehow thriving in the cracks in the rocks. I liked the juxtaposition of the bright green little ferns against the grays of the rock, and thought it would make a nice painting! Don't you find the capacity of plants to thrive in such small nooks amazing? The image is 4.5x10 matted to 9x15 ready for a frame of your choosing.
